As a full time personal trainer with 11 years of one on one experience, I have trained well over 500 different clients from celebrities, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and your everyday person seeking transformation and change. I’ve worked with clients ages 8 all the way to age 100 as well as clients with severe chronic conditions such as cancer, kidney disease, dementia, hypothyroidism, arthritis, osteopenia, depression, anxiety and diabetes to name a few. I have reversed a variety of chronic conditions as well as helping numerous clients safely come off medications with doctor’s approval.
